Special Rules

January 14th, 2005

1. Checking an offensive player on a fast break, from behind, is prohibited.

2. If an offensive player is fouled on a shot he gets a foul shot.  If the original shot goes in, the basket counts and he gets a foul shot.

3. Intentional fouls are prohibited with the following exception:
If the offensive team will win the game on the next basket the defensive team can foul intentionally.

4. A player is allowed 5 fouls in the evening.  At that point the offensive player (the definition of offensive in this case being "causing anger, displeasure, resentment, or affront") must stop all defensive activity that may result in a foul.  If the offensive player continues to foul he will be shunned for the remainder of the evening.
