The OFBA was formed long long ago by a group of relatively young basketball players.  Over the years bodies aged and the games began to be punctuated by the sounds of snapping achilles tendens and the screams of agony as backs seized up and ankles collapsed. Most of these original players had the good sense or were forced to quit the game as their bodies and minds decayed.  A few less intelligent

players continued to play and the organization was accordingly named the OFBA (Old Farts Basketball Association).  Today we continue the tradition of mediocrity and bad judgement that have always been the hallmarks of our organization.
